• Clases cada semana de ptsd (Clases de yoga u otra actividad mental)
• Sueldo de mas de $70mil (Algo por el estilo)
• En cada patrulla 3 policias
• Cero armas, solo radios

• Uno que detiene, con lentes glass, del cuerpo de policia
• Otro que observa, con lentes glass, del cuerpo de ddhh
• Otro que informa, con lentes glass, del cuerpo de investigacion

2 vacaciones cada año

Another thought about police reform:

Cops are also being pushed to their limits; one because they chose that life, the second because no one cares for them. but then why chose to be that hated, and then do what people hate: cops can also be same as gangs members, with some decent live. cops are also struggling the problems of the few, those who eat in the greatest places and eat the best of foods, you know, those who get more than $300 and hour, why?

Also cops die for stupid things in violent confrontations too, but also hit stupid people for being stupid or hit innocent people for having no control at all due to ptsd, but that can easily be solved, within this systematic way we are living, not changing anything, is to change their work conditions too, the thing is that cops arent fast food workers, cops, if they dissent they get fired, so its hard for them to unionize against that same thing they try to protect, they dont protect the people, they protect the interest of those who feed from the people, the corporation, they dont gonna arrest or hit a banker as they do to demonstrators because they get fired, easily so they obey.

So one way to change things is within that organization, they HAVE to ask for a 5 hour day working condition shift, get somehow better pay and ptsd training each week. also google glass, even if the laws are so unjust that drinking in the sidewalks when a police comes could get you a ticket, they, cops wouldnt have the blind eye there, they have to ticket you, but then, change the laws when things get you tickets, the problem then is our conformity, when some greedy bastards in congress or in our parliament, lobby to get us out of the way, making their laws to satisfy them or what they think the society should be, its our problem to rise up and defend our rights, cops are just instruments that also suffer their unjust laws but are in an environment that give them shits and they by that, transform into it,

So a 5hr a day shift, google glass, training every day for ptsd(some yoga or mind relaxing training), some bonus for helping the community would make this organization a more human one, not just the dogs of corporation, but then again, who is gonna support them? if not corporations...
